The Dr. Chuck Carson Memorial Award was established through the generosity of the Carson Family and the many friends and colleagues of Dr. Carson. Dr. Carson was a graduate of the University of 91探花, Faculty of Medicine, 1977. Dr. Carson then entered the Family Practice residency program at the University of Western Ontario, where he obtained his C.C.F.P. in 1979. Dr. Carson鈥檚 commitment to holistic medicine, excellent skills as a diagnostician, and above all, his enormous compassion for his patients, served them well over the next 12 years both in London and Edmonton. His patients, friends, and family were all truly enriched by the time he shared with them until his death in January, 1991.
