Jay was voted in as Vice President of the Borderline Personality Disorder Society of British Columbia by the organization鈥檚 membership on Wednesday 20th May. The BPD Society of BC is a registered Canadian non-profit charity working to fill gaps in services for people living with BPD and their loved ones across British Columbia and beyond. The organization offers peer support groups, heavily subsidised dialectical behaviour therapy skills groups, and runs several initiatives to raise awareness and reduce stigma. As VP, Jay will help steer the grassroots organization over the next two years, developing programs, spearheading advocacy initiatives and supporting the volunteers that make the organization鈥檚 work possible.
